Shilpa Shetty writes 'swatantrata' instead of 'ganatantra' in her Republic Day 2021 wish, gets trolled

On Tuesday, while wishing fans on Republic Day, Shilpa Shetty Kundra initially wrote 'Swatantrata' instead of 'Ganatantra'. Yes, the actor by mistakenly wished everyone Independence Day on Republic Day. Her first tweet read as "Bahattarwe (72nd) Swatantrata Diwas ki dheron shubhkaamnayein. Happy Republic Day to every Indian. Let’s pledge to uphold the rights & duties that our constitution has given us... not only for ourselves but also for each of our fellow citizens. Jai Hind! #RepublicDay."

After realising the goof-up, Shilpa tweeted, "Bahattarwe (72nd) Gantantra Diwas ki dheron shubhkaamnayein. Happy Republic Day to every Indian. Let’s pledge to uphold the rights & duties that our constitution has given us... not only for ourselves but also for each of our fellow citizens. Jai Hind! #RepublicDay."

She further tweeted, "Swasth rahiye, mast rahiye, mask pehen kar surakshit rahiye. #72ndRepublicDay #HappyRepublicDay #JaiHind #RepublicDay2021."
