Mother's Day 2021: Janhvi Kapoor-Khushi Kapoor remember mom Sridevi with beautiful throwback photos

Several celebrities lost their mother and they remember them often. On the occasion of Mother's Day 2021, sisters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor took to their Instagram pages and shared beautiful throwback photos remembering their mom and late actor Sridevi. In the photos shared by Janhvi, the legendary star posed happily with her elder daughter and in the final photo, a glimpse of her own childhood is shown. The actor wrote, "My Mumma".

While in the photo shared by Khushi, Sridevi held her in arms and also had an animated conversation with the little one. She captioned her post stating, "Happy Mother’s Day to the best".

Meanwhile, Janhvi has always been subject to comparisons with her mother who has been an amazing actor and a dancer.

When asked about it, Janhvi had earlier told DNA, "Earlier, that was something my mom would worry about. She had once said, ‘I hope you’re not compared to me because I have done 300 films and this is your first’. I, somehow, never thought about it. I feel the pressure more now than I did when I was shooting Dhadak. I hope that since my family, especially my mom, has got so much love I don’t disappoint the fans. I am trying to create my own identity, too."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Janhvi has several films in her kitty including Dostana 2 and Good Luck Jerry. The actor has been extensively shooting for the same and now halted due to the coronavirus lockdown.
