Former NFL star Chad Johnson sues two websites for posting stolen sex tape

The former National Football League (NFL) receiver, Chad Johnson, is suing two websites, WorldStarHipHop.com and Media Takeout, over posting a now notorious sex tape online.

Johnson is huddling up with his legal team and ready to go on offense, Nydailynews.com reports.

Johnson, whose lawyers successfully got the two sites to pull the footage after firing off cease-and-decist letters last week, and is seeking unspecified financial damages, according to reports.

Sources told the gossip site that while Johnson admits to being the star of that video, the footage was stolen off his cell phone.

The embarrassing leak is just the latest hit for the 34-year-old athlete-turned-reality-TV-star-turned-unemployed-celebrity since he changed his name back to Chad Johnson last year.
