Sophie Choudry replaces Jacqueline Fernandez in 'One — Nenokkadine' item number

Sophie Choudry has pipped Jacqueline Fernandez to the post for the item number in Mahesh Babu’s film One — Nenokkadine, Although Jackie was approached for it, it is now learnt that the team wanted Sophie, but because she was traveling they couldn’t   contact her. So negotiations began with her.

The Dookudu team was keen to work with Sophie after they saw the Aala re aala number from Shootout at Wadala. So after  she returned, the producer and director met her and roped her in. Last month she went to London to shoot the song with Mahesh Babu.”

This will be Sophie’s first song Telugu song. Says a source, “Sophie has received many south offers over the years but wanted to do a really good project. Jackie’s loss is Sophie’s gain!
