Sir Anthony Hopkins vows never to give up acting

Sir Anthony Hopkins has pledged he would never turn his back on his acting career.

The 72-year-old legend said the only way that would happen would be when he was no longer wanted for films.

"They keep coming at me and saying 'would you do this?' I say 'yeah ok'," The Mirror quoted him as telling STV News at Six.

"No, I'm not going to turn my back on it until they tell me it's over and we don't want you anymore. So if they say they want me I will go ahead and do it, learn my lines. You know, do what I do. So it's the best time of my life now," he added
