Katrina Kaif is Ajay Devgn's new fan

Ajay Devgn who is known to be a co-star’s delight has found a new fan in actress Katrina Kaif. The pretty actor who has the highest regard for Ajay was super excited to be a part of Rajneeti.

Though the duo didn’t have any scenes together, Kaif was just happy to be working in the same film with Devgn. The duo was also supposed to work in the Hindi remake of Singham and things were looking fine until Kaif opted out of the film.

Singham to be remade in Hindi by Rohit Shetty and Devgn was offered to Kaif. She had expressed interest in the project and had even green-lighted it until a few unexpected problems cropped up — the shooting dates were a problem as they clashed with her other prior commitments. Kaif had given the required dates to her other film and she tried working her schedule around but to no avail. She finally had to stick to her plans and opted out of the film.

A source close to the actor says, “Katrina is a huge fan of Ajay Devgn. She really likes his choice of films and admires his ability to do comedy as well as intense roles with equal ease. She is upset about Singham not working out, but she is looking forward to working with him in the near future.”
