Adventures of Lord Ram's twin sons Luv and Kush, will come alive on silver screen in the Hindi 2D animation film 'Lava Kusa: The Warrior Twins'.

Produced at a budget of Rs 25 crore, 10% of the amount has been spent on soundtrack.

"This is the first Indian 2D animation film, which has a live orchestra render the music. An orchestra of 150 people worked on the music for three months. The music was recorded in AR Rahaman’s Chennai studio. The music is by the Late L Vaidyanathan of Malgudi Days and Pushpaka Vimanam fame,"
Suniel Wadhwa of "52 Weeks entertainment Inc" presenter of the
movie said.

Unlike any Hollywood animation film which generally has about 900 shots/independent scenes per film, "Lava Kusa: The Warrior Twins" has 2,400 shots.

The film has been made by close to 200 people over a period of four years, through a collaboration between animation artists from Manila in Philippines and Hyderabad.
