Suryakumar Yadav's wife, Devisha Shetty, took to her official Instagram account to pen a heartfelt post for the celebrated Indian cricketer on his 33rd birthday. Devisha described the right-handed batsman as her closest companion in the world, sharing a collection of their pictures capturing cherished moments together.

Shetty took to her official Instagram handle and wrote:

"To my best friend in the whole wide world, I love you more than you can ever know Thank you for being YOU and here’s to celebrating YOU for everything that you are Happiest birthday husband "

Despite inconsistent performances in the 50-over format of international cricket, Suryakumar Yadav has managed to secure a spot in India's 2023 World Cup squad. However, it is unlikely that he will be a regular member of the playing XI for most matches, as his batting average stands at a modest 24.33 in 26 One Day Internationals (ODIs), with a total of 511 runs. Nevertheless, he is expected to be given an opportunity to showcase his skills during the upcoming ODI series against Australia.

On the other hand, Suryakumar Yadav has proven himself to be a formidable force in the T20 International (T20I) arena, boasting an impressive strike rate of 172.70 in 53 matches, along with a tally of 1841 runs, including three centuries. His first T20I hundred was achieved against England in 2021, followed by another against New Zealand later that year, and a third against Sri Lanka earlier this year.

Furthermore, Suryakumar Yadav delivered an outstanding performance in his debut T20 World Cup held in Australia last year. He emerged as the third-highest run-scorer in the tournament, accumulating a total of 239 runs in six innings, with an impressive average of 59.75.
