Srijan Agarwal, a girl from Uttar Pradesh, has created history by bagging a job in US tech giant Microsoft with a whopping package of Rs 50 lakh. According to a report published in News18, Srijan Agarwal is a student of Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology for Handicapped (AITH) in Kanpur. She has done BTech in Computer Science from AITH. According to Srijan Agarwal’s LinkedIn profile, Srijan Agarwal had worked as an intern in Microsoft when she in the second year of her B.Tech course. Srijan Agarwal had completed the internship from Bangalore and now Microsoft has offered her a job package worth Rs 50 lakh.

According to News18 report, Srijan Agarwal is a resident of Ghantaghar, Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. Srijan Agarwal’s father works in a private company, while her mother is a homemaker. Srijan has has completed her Class 12 class from Ramchandra Aggarwal Girls Inter College. After the completion of her schooling, Srijan Agarwal got admission in AITH through UP State Entrance Examination.

The report claimed that Srijan Agarwal had to face a lot of difficulties during her engineering classes because of her Hindi medium background. But she took it as a challenge and worked hard to overcome this challenge. The result of Srijan Agarwal’s hard work was that in the second year itself, she got an internship offer from Microsoft and now she has landed a job with the US firm. Srijan Agarwal’s teachers are very happy with her achievement.
