Farhan Akhtar confirms his relationship with Shibani Dandekar, shares an adorable photo

Well there is no smoke without fire, and looks like that rumour mills were right when they speculated that something close to love is brewing between actor-director-singer Farhan Akhtar and actress-model Shibani Dandekar. 

Even though Farhan is quite active on his social media and gives a sneak peek into his life now and then, he has never opened up about his affair with Shibani, even though she has in the past shared a couple of pictures with him.

Apart from his upcoming projects and musical concerts, what lately has been making it to the headlines is Farhan's equation with the actress, and looks like the Rock On! actor has put a full stop to all the conjectures. 

A few days back Shibani had shared a picture with a mystery man, sending the internet into a frenzy. In the picture, Shibani can be seen holding a man's hand whose back is towards the camera.

Netizens guessed that it's Farhan Akhtar and rumours about them being a couple gained momentum. However, the two maintained silence over the link-up reports.

However, now Farhan himself has shared the same picture on his Instagram with a 'heart' emoticon as the caption, and what more of a confirmation one needs to believe that the two are dating each other?

Farhan akhtar separated from wife Adhuna Bhabani after staying together for 16 long years. They have two daughters together- Shakya and Akira. 

On the work front, Farhan will be next seen in The Sky Is Pink, which is based on motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis.
