Akash Ambani-Shloka Mehta wedding: First photo and video from Mehendi function out

It is the time for happiness in Ambani house. After Isha Ambani got married to Anand Piramal last year, now brother Akash Ambani will be tying the knot with his long-time sweetheart Shloka Mehta in two days. The couple celebrated their Mehendi function in Mumbai today.

The first look from this ceremony is out now and even though the images are not clear, one can guess from the video about how grand the decor is. Shloka Mehta, who can be sitting in the photo, might be seated in front of a huge statue of Lord Ganesha.

The couple recently came back from their pre-wedding celebration in Switzerland. The who's who of B-Town, including couples Arjun Kapoor-Malaika Arora and Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt graced the event. Not just them, the likes of Disha Patani and Jacqueline Fernandez too were spotted there.

The celebrations later continued in Mumbai and Shah Rukh Khan visited them frequently. After arriving in Mumbai, the Ambanis hosted a Harry Potter-themed bash. Guru Randhawa the singer was the life of the night, as he sang some of his popular numbers.

The family even hosted a Shiva puja in their house on the occasion of Shivratri. Interestingly they also remembered our Indian army at the same time and prayed for their well-being too. Both the families had arranged Anna seva two days back, where they served dinner to orphans and the aged. It was only today that the family arranged the Mehendi function.
