Karwa Chauth 2022 Moonrise Time latest updates: Check city-wise moon-sighting time

Today, Karwa Chauth is being celebrated by millions of married women across parts of nation. On this day, married women keep one-day-long 'nirjala vrat' for their husband's success, long life, happiness. Every year on the fourth day of Krishna Paksha, Karwa Chauth is observed, as per the hindu calender.

During the fast, married women perform different rituals and conclude the vrat after moonrise. There could be a slight delay in moonrise time because of the weather conditions and recent spell of rains in many cities. Moon is expected to be seen around 8.09 pm today.
