Delhi Capitals (DC) beats Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) in super over.

After the grand opening of IPL 2020 with a marquee clash between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, the focus was on the second game between Delhi Capitals and Kings XI Punjab in Dubai and oh boy did they not disappoint. Batting first, Delhi hoisted a respectable total of 157/8 thanks to Marcus Stoinis' 21-ball 53.
On the chase, KXIP kept losing wickets at key moments, however, opener Mayank Agarwal dug deep and played an inspirational innings of 89 runs to tui the score on 157 and the match went into a super over.
Batting first, KL Rahul's side managed to give a target of 3 runs in the super over as Rabada rained hell with the ball. Pant and Iyer came out and secured the victory for DC with ease in the end.

Marcus Stoinis' power-hitting takes Delhi Capitals past the 150-run mark as they manage to post a target of 158 for KXIP to chase down. Stoinis ended the day with a 21-ball 53!
