Expose Mulayam: Beni Prasad Verma tells Amar Singh

Charging SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav of being involved in various scams, his one-time confidante and Congress MP from Gonda Beni Prasad Verma today asked Amar Singh to "expose" him by presenting all facts relating to them.
    
"If what Amar Singh is saying about possessing the secrets of Yadav are true, he should bring them before the people in order to expose Yadav who has been deceiving his friends since long," Verma, a one-time close confidante of Yadav, told PTI here.

To a question on what secrets might be with Amar Singh, Verma said that it could be concerning the Sukhoi deals when Yadav was the defence minister besides land deals in Noida and "police recruitment and foodgrains scams which had taken place when Yadav was heading the Uttar Pradesh government".

Alleging Yadav's involvement in various scams, Verma asked that if there had not been any scam or wrongdoings why did the CBI take up the disproportionate assets case against him.

Charging Yadav with deceiving all his friends, Verma claimed that it was his character to betray his confidantes.

"From Ajit Singh to Devi Lal, Rajiv Gandhi and Chandra Shekhar, Yadav has betrayed all, including Salim Shervani, Azam Khan, Raj Babbar as also me," Verma said, adding the person needed to be exposed before the people and Amar Singh should do the needful.
