This is second such incident in a year.

Times of India building at Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg in Central Delhi's ITO caught fire this evening at 4.45 PM. Around 31 fire tenders have been rushed to the spot to douse the fire.
According to reports, fire broke out on first floor of the building in the server room. The extent of damage and cause of fire have not been ascertained yet. No casualties have been reported so far.
Chief Fire Officer (West) Vipin Kental said, "31 fire engines operating. Fire fighting operations on; no casualties reported."
Times of India reported that the fire was now partially under control after two hours, while some fire engines continue their efforts.

Last year too, fourth floor of the same building was engulfed in flames, however no one was injured then.
