Hard work and unwavering determination are necessary for success. The path to success can include struggles and obstacles. In many industries, entrepreneurs with original ideas are emerging. Manish Kumar, a young farmer from Bihar, is one such businessperson who has been successful in the poultry industry there.

Who is Manish Kumar?

Manish Kumar, a local of Hajipur's Namidih village, is an inspiration to many thanks to his success in starting a hatchery plant. Manish has raised 20,000 hens for egg production during his eight years of organization with the hatchery industry. According to Manish Kumar, a properly run hatchery can yield enormous profits. You might, however, experience losses as a result of your lack of information.

Manish stated that 20,000 hens were raised solely for egg production. Many districts in Bihar receive egg deliveries every day. This business remains in operation for 20 months after the hen is brought. The first four months of the chick's life are spent being raised and reared by the hen.

Egg production begins in the fourth month for the hen. A hen is sold when it stops producing eggs. He stressed how crucial it is to take good care of the hen. The likelihood of contracting a disease rises if cleanliness is neglected. It is crucial to keep the chickens healthy in this circumstance.

A chicken will lay eggs for roughly two years, according to Manish Kumar. Egg costs vary according to the market as well. Twenty thousand hens are used in the hatchery to produce 18 to 19 thousand eggs per day, which are then sold in the market at the going rate. According to him, an egg typically costs between Rs 4 and Rs 5.

Because of this, News18 reported that the profit, after expenses are deducted, can reach Rs 75 lakh per year. After receiving training in Hajipur, Manish stated that he had made the decision to start a hatchery plant. This choice was successful, and the earning circle is now expanding continuously.
