GoAir offers flight tickets at starting price of Rs 1399

Low-cost airline GoAir is offering flight tickets at starting price of Rs 1399. GoAir's offer is valid on booking tickets from December 27, 2018,  to December 30, 2018. 

The offer is valid fo travel time starting from January 13, 2019, and ending on January 31, 2019.

According to GoAir website, Rs 1,399 fare is applicable on Bengaluru-Hyderabad, Mumbai-Ahmedabad, Kolkata-Bhubaneswar, Lucknow-Delhi and Patna-Kolkata routes. The offer includes discounted starting fares on other GoAir routes such as Ahmedabad-Goa (Rs 1,599), Mumbai-Delhi (Rs 1,499), Kolkata-Bhubaneswar (Rs 1,399), Hyderabad-Goa (Rs 1,799), Chandigarh-Mumbai (Rs 2,899), Chennai-Pune (Rs 1,899) and Pune-Bengaluru (Rs 1,599).

Meanwhile, Private carrier Jet Airways, India's premier, full-service international airline has announced up to 30% discount on its domestic and international fares as part of its limited period festive season sale offer.

Guests booking directly on the airline website and its mobile app, can also avail exclusive benefits, such as earning 250 bonus JPMiles on every flight booking, zero cancellation charges for changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, as well as locking a preferred fare with a nominal fee for up to 72 hours, Jet Airways said in a release. 

Here is what we know about the Jet Airways Christmas-New Year offer: 

1) Tickets must be purchased between Dec 24, 2018 and Jan 1, 2019. 

2) The sale is valid for both one-way and return journeys for both business and economy class of travel with a travel validity effective January 7 for international travel.

3) Up to 30% discount is applicable on base fare in Première and Economy on select flights within India and on flights from India across our international network operated by Jet Airways.

4) Up to 30% discount is applicable on base fare in Première and Economy from India to select destinations in Europe on flights operated Jet Airways and its codeshare partners Air France and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. 

5) Offer is not applicable for travel to Muscat and Sharjah.

6) Guests booked for travel on the airline's domestic network can commence travel effective January 1 and January 8 respectively depending upon the class of travel.

7) In addition, it also offer discounts of up to 20% on pre-purchase of excess baggage via bookings made on the website, mobile app or other points of sale.

8) Guests can choose to travel to any of the 66 domestic and international destinations flown directly by the airline or to a host of onward destinations in Europe on flights operated by the airlines codeshare partners via its gateways in Amsterdam, London and Paris and vice versa, it said.

9) For travel to International destinations, travel must commence on or after Jan 7, 2019. For travel in Première on flights within India, tickets must be purchased a minimum of 8 days prior to departure for travel on or after Jan 1, 2019.

10) For travel in Economy on flights within India, tickets must be purchased a minimum of 15 days prior to departure for travel on or after Jan 8, 2019.
