After much anticipation, the makers of Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer Simmba finally unveiled its trailer on Monday. Both the actors, along with director Rohit Shetty, presenter Karan Johar and others were present at the trailer launch event held in a suburban Mumbai theatre.

While the Simmba trailer definitely packs a solid punch and gives us a very Dabangg-meets-Singham vibes, we had already informed you that Simmba will have Rohit Shetty's Golmaal gang of guys in cameos, little did we know that Karan Johar, who's presenting the film under the banner of Dharma Productions will also be seen in a cameo.

This was definitely one of the very well kept secrets in Simmba which was let out at the trailer launch. While interacting with the media post the trailer release, when one of the reporters asked Ranveer to talk about the special song that they've shot with Golmaal actors Tusshar Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Kemmu. We also knew that Ajay Devgn too may be seen in the said song.

Without divulging much details about the song, Ranveer said, "That moment, I don’t want to ruin it for everybody. When the song comes out in 4-5 days, it is a blockbuster song. Karan sir, thank you." Rohit Shetty too confirmed Karan's cameo saying, "The song also has Karan in it."

Karan Johar shared, "See, as an actor, it was my heartiest wish to give one hit film. This is why I requested Rohit Shetty that the only way I can give a hit film as an actor is to put me in your film. This is my only chance to remove that misconception that my pictures don’t work as an actor.”

Also starring Sonu Sood, Ashutosh Rana and Siddharth Jadhav, Simmba is all set to hit the theatres on December 28.
