Many Indian football fans were left fuming as video streaming app and website Sony Liv went down during the FIFA World Cup 2018 match between Brazil and Costa Rica.
Sony is the official broadcaster of the FIFA World Cup 2018 and the matches are streamed live on its over-the-top platform Sony Liv app and sonyliv.com website.
User can watch the matches live after paying for Sony Liv premium services or watch the match free with a 5-minute delay.
However, fans were left disappointed when they were not able to access the live streaming of the Brazil v/s Costa Rica match on Friday.
Late strikes by Philippe Coutinho and Neymar gave Brazil their first win of the World Cup in thrilling fashion against Costa Rica on Friday and broke Central American hearts in St. Petersburg by sending them out of the tournament.
Sony Liv blamed the problem on a technical glitch.
Hi, we are facing a technical glitch. We’ll be back soon. Stay tuned.

Stay tuned!!, I've miss the Brazil Vs Costa Rica match. Please don't make this happened in upcoming matches.
