Let's delve into the recipe for Rogan Josh, an aromatic curry celebrated as one of Kashmiri cuisine's crown jewels. Drawing its name from "Rogan" (clarified butter or oil) and "josh" (passion or heat), this flavorful dish can be effortlessly prepared at home. Elevate the taste by incorporating onions, ginger, garlic, and whole spices, while adding dahi for a luscious, thick texture.

Moving on to Galouti Kebab, these exquisitely tender round kebabs are a culinary masterpiece. The marinade's tantalizing flavors are the result of a blend of spices that infuse the minced meat with an irresistible taste. The list of ingredients for the marinade is a symphony of taste, featuring garlic, coconut, papaya, poppy seeds, and an array of whole spices like cardamom, peppercorns, and cinnamon. The mere description is enough to ignite the senses and entice the palate.
