Days after raging #MeToo storm hit adman and socialite Suhel Seth, when several models and media personalities accused him of sexual misconduct, the Tata Sons on Monday terminated his contract.

‘Counselage’s (Suhel Seth) contract with Tata Sons will end on November 30, 2018,’ Tata Sons spokesperson was quoted as saying by news agency ANI.

The 55-year-old had played a crucial role in rebranding the century-old corporate hit by 2016 Cyrus Mistry controversy.

The author has been accused by half a dozen women of sexual abuse. Last week, famous model Diandra Soares took to Facebook and recounted her horror.

In her Facebook post, Soares  talked in detail how Seth had during a party 'shoved his tongue down' her mouth and how she retaliated by 'biting' it and 'squeezing his b****'

The model in the post said, "He looks at me like a boy bewildered and with feelings all hurt & says, "You bit me really hard !!!" (In baby voice no less ) While he was holding his tongue still looking absolutely innocent & hurt at MY behaviour."

Soares added that she was about to beat him up for his actions, but was taken away to be calmed down.

Hitting out at the hypocrisy of society, she adds that she still wonders why nobody took him aside or in full view to be shamed in public.

She added that the Facebook post isn't closure for her and that she does not need any healing. “The reason I finally decided to speak out is because when I read the #metoo stories my heart bleeds for what we women go through. And because nobody has called out this behaviour at various events & parties & even public events on stage… because of the SILENCE these predators have had more & more power & courage to continue this appalling, vile, animalistic behaviour.  I speak up in solidarity to my fellow women who have so bravely come out and spoken about Suhel Seth,” she added.

A number of women, including author Ira Trivedi, have accused Seth of harassment. In a column written for Outlook, Trivedi alleged that Seth had ‘told her not to wear a bra’. Several other women have accused Seth of sexual misconduct, which include sexual assault and verbal sexual harassment.
