Alia Bhatt reacts to Shah Rukh Khan's cheeky joke about her in Jawan trailer: 'Poori duniya ko chahiye...'

Shah Rukh Khan has again created a storm with the trailer of his upcoming movie Jawan. The much-awaited trailer of the anticipated Atlee's directorial has been released on Thursday morning, crashing the internet. The visuals, scale, action set pieces and dialogues from the 2.46-minute trailer left his fans craving for more. 

From the trailer, one dialogue of SRK, a cheeky joke of Alia Bhatt caught fans' attention. In the trailer, grey-shade Shah Rukh puts forth his demands after hijacking a metro train. In this sequence, the caller asks him, "Yeh batau tumhe chaiye kya (What do you want)?" and Khan replies, "Chaiye toh Alia Bhatt (I want Alia Bhatt)." 

Alia Bhatt reacted to SRK's dialogue and praised the trailer. Alia took her quirky response to her Instagram, and wrote, "Aur poori duniya ko chahiye sirf SRK. @iamsrk what a fabulous fabulous trailer. 7th September is too far away."

Jawan stars Shah Rukh Khan in his second film of the year. His last release – Pathaan – was his first in over four years. The film grossed Rs 1050 crore worldwide becoming the actor’s highest-grossing film ever and ending a run of box office disappointments for the superstar. Given that background, expectations are high from Jawan as well. Jawan also stars Vijay Sethupathi, and Nayanthara, with Sanya Malhotra, Riddhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, and a cameo appearance of Deepika Padukone. Produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment, Jawan is set to release globally in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu on September 7 in an attempt to capitalise on the festival of Janmashtami.
