Delhi is having a laugh at Mumbai's winter experience.

Mumbai winters are considered something of a joke to the rest of India. Well, let’s leave out Chennai over here because even at 20 degrees Celsius, you see people covering their heads. But for people living in central, east, northeast and north India, Mumbai winters are a joke.
So when the temperature hit a 12.6 degrees minimum on Tuesday, Mumbaikars got their winter wear out. While it’s not like a trip to the Himalayas, there were people covering their heads, some were seen wearing mufflers and people at office were seen dressing up warmly because of the collective brain freeze from the temperatures outside and the blast of the air conditioner inside.
Many people took to Twitter and Instagram to share their Mumbai winter experience. There were selfies of people in their winter best using hashtags #mumbaiwinter and #cold. By this time, residents of Delhi, who have been braving a minimum temperature of 4 degrees Celsius, had enough and began drawing parallels between the respective winters of the two metropolises.
Here’s what Mumbaikars said,
You know its #winter when fans in #mumbailocal #trains are #OFF#mumbai #local #cold #awesome
