Karan Johar wishes happy birthday to 'big love story of life'; see pic

Filmmaker Karan Johar's bond with his mother is one of the strongest and most adorable in Bollywood. The director has, on several occasion opened up about how his mother is his anchor and support system in his personal as well as professional life. 

Hiroo Johar celebrates her birthday today and to mark the occasion, Karan took to his Instagram account to share a series of pictures with his mom, looking classy and regal, 'Dharma' style. Karan captioned the picture saying, "The wind beneath my wings....my voice of reason....my conscience keeper and the big love story of my life! On the work front, Karan recently announced that the release of Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif starrer Sooryavanshi has been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak. In a statement on Instagram, Karan and the makers, actors of the film collectively announced, "We have been as excited as you are to present the film to you and your family, but due to the recent outburst of Covid-19 (Coronavirus), we, the makers, have decided to postpone the release of your film Sooryavanshi, keeping in mind the health and safety of our beloved audience...and therefore, Sooryavanshi will be back for you just when the time is right," a part of the statement read.

Sooryavanshi is also expected to feature Akshay, Ranveer Singh, and Ajay Devgn in major portions in the second half of the movie. Sooryavanshi was initially supposed to release on March 24, 2020, however, the makers are yet to announce the new release date for the film.
