IAS Yuvraj Marmat, who cleared UPSC exam in 6th attempt, marries IPS officer in court

IAS Yuvraj Marmat is a 2022 batch IAS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre. He married IPS P. Monika of Telangana cadre in court.

Yuvraj Marmat, IAS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre of 2022 batch, posted as Assistant Collector in Raigarh district, married IPS P. Monika of Telangana cadre. P. Monika is also a 2022 batch police officer of Telangana cadre. The couple decided to do nothing fancy and had a simple court marriage on Monday. 

Taran Prakash Sinha, the collector of Raigad, sent his congratulations to the newlyweds. Jitendra Yadav, the CEO of the District Panchayat, sent his congratulations to the newlywed officers as well. Yuvraj Marmat of the IAS and P. Monika of the IPS received the marriage license from Additional Collector Santan Devi Jangde.

Other officers and employees of the district administration extended their best wishes to the newlyweds.

About IAS Yuvraj Marmat:
IAS Yuvraj Marmat is a 2022 batch IAS officer of Chhattisgarh cadre. He is originally a resident of Malarna Choudh in the Jaipur district of Rajasthan. His father Sitaram Meena is a retired Deputy Director – Public Relations Officer. 

Yuvraj holds a B.Tech degree in civil branch from IIT BHU. He also cleared the GATE exam in 2013. He also qualified for the Indian Engineering Service. After this, he prepared for UPSC while working and became an IAS officer in 2022 on the sixth attempt with a rank of 458.
