The Archies star Suhana Khan, Shah Rukh Khan's daughter, reveals she is a girl who strictly likes a one-woman man.
Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan is all set to make her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s film The Archies. In a recent interview, she revealed how she will react if she finds her boyfriend cheating.
While speaking to Vogue India, on being asked about her reaction, channeling her character Veronica's confident persona, Suhana said, “Veronica’s already got a long list of boys chasing after her. She’s going to be texting other boys herself.” However, she clarified that in her personal life, she is different.
Suhana said, "I would dump him coz I'm the type of girl who strictly likes a one-woman man." The Archies is the fifth full-length feature film by Zoya Akhtar after making box office hits and critically appreciated movies: Luck By Chance, Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Dil Dhadakne Do, and Gully Boy. She has also directed shorts in Bombay Talkies, Lust Stories, and Ghost Stories, along with Dibakar Banerjee, Karan Johar, and Anurag Kashyap.
In a recent interview with mid-day.com, when Zoya was asked about the trolls calling The Archies "too white", the filmmaker had given a strong reply stating, "Well, they are all Indians (on the screen), this is kind of reverse (racism). Are you saying fair (skinned) people aren’t Indians? How do we define what an Indian looks like? It could be Hrithik Roshan. It could be Mr Rajinikanth, Diljit Dosanjh, or Mary Kom. That’s the beauty of India."
A few weeks back, Gauri Khan took to her Twitter and shared a video of Suhana Khan speaking at a book launch which made her recall her first public appearance with Shah Rukh Khan and wrote, “The first event I ever attended with @iamsrk was a book launch… and now watching Suhana speak at another such event has made me feel like life has come full circle!”
Later, Shah Rukh Khan took to his Twitter and while retweeting Gauri Khan’s tweet, the actor praised her upbringing and wrote, “Yeah the circle of life is closing in for us with our babies helping us complete it. You’ve done so well with the three of them…educated them, taught them dignity & desire to share love…& Suhana is so articulate but the dimple is mine!!”
