Following the terrorist attack in Uri that resulted in the loss of 19 lives, public anger in India against Pakistan for facilitating various terror groups has been at a peak.
Many were of the opinion that Pakistani actors and artistes should not be allowed to work in the country. Besides MNS issuing a warning to the said artists, telling them to leave the country in 48 hours, Indian Motion Picture Producers Association (IMPPA) banned all the Pakistani actors and technicians.
However, there have been divided opinions on the issue, with some saying Pakistan actors should not be dragged into the controversy.
When superstar Salman Khan aired his opinion on the matter in a press conference, his comments were not accepted with the same love as his films.
His statement attracted widespread criticism on social media.
@ANI_news If so, why they refused to condemn the terrorist attack on Uri?
