In a world of endless similarities, confusions are bound to take place. The recent mix-ups have included people uninstalling the Snapdeal app instead of Snapchat, journalist Sagarika Ghose being congratulated instead of actress Sagarika Ghatge for her engagement with cricketer Zaheer Khan, and then there was actor Sonu Sood being mistaken for singer Sonu Nigam on Twitter last week.
But sometimes, it could be a matter of life and death and things are far from being funny, as former Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli found out on Thursday. In a hurry to express their condolences on iconic Bollywood actor Vinod Khanna's death, people on Twitter ended up mistakenly tagging Vinod Kambli instead.
After being tagged in many posts, Vinod Kambli finally hit back at a person, calling him insensitive
@TweetErrant .respect for vinod khanna.A versatile Actor and who so ever had tweeted abt me.God will surely punished you.

Kambli soon blocked him from his Twitter handle, despite the fan admitting his mistake
.@vinodkambli349 sorry i tagged wrong vinod by mistake. i am really sorry guys for the hurts.

Despite being away from cricket action, Kambli hasn't failed to put his voice to good use. Following childhood friend Sachin Tendulkar's footsteps, Kambli soon released a song of his named 'Asa Mee...Mee Asa' where he is seen exploring the city of dreams. However, this is not Kambli's first association with music, as he also sung a song in Sanjay Manjrekar’s maiden album Rest Day.
