On Thursday, Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh turned back the clock with a magnificent batting performance to help India when they were three down. While Yuvraj Singh scored a blistering 150, Dhoni came up with 134 to help India post a mammoth 381 for 6 at Cuttack.

The team rode on quickfire centuries from Yuvraj Singh and Mahendra Singh Dhoni to post a commanding 381 for six in the second cricket one-dayer here today. Sent into bat, Yuvraj (150 off 127) and Dhoni (134 off 122) bailed India out of trouble after they were struggling at 25 for three inside the first five overs. Chris Woakes (4/60) was pick of the bowlers for England.

One person who was amazed was Sachin Tendulkar who tweeted: “What an amazing partnership between a superstar and a rockstar!! We enjoyed the show :) @YUVSTRONG12 @msdhoni #INDvENG.”

This led well-known British journalist and all-round git Piers Morgan to tweet: “Know any superstar rockstars of the same age we could bring back to the England team to give you more of a game, Sachin?”

For the uninitiated Morgan was referring to maverick batsman Kevin Pietersen who was dropped from the England squad.

Sachin of course knew what was coming: “Only one name comes to mind, and you've guessed it right?  @piersmorgan.”

Earlier, England captain Eoin Morgan won the toss and elected to field against India in the second cricket one-dayer. India made one change to the squad that won the opening match in Pune, bringing in pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar in place of Umesh Yadav. England, on the other hand, left out Adil Rasheed to include Liam Plunkett.

Teams:

India: Virat Kohli (c), KL Rahul, Shikhar Dhawan, Yuvraj Singh, MS Dhoni, Kedar Jadhav, Hardik Pandya, Ravindra Jadeja, R Ashwin, Jasprit Bumrah, Bhuvneshwar Kumar England: Eoin Morgan (c), Jason Roy, Alex Hales, Joe Root, Jos Buttler , Ben Stokes, Moeen Ali, Liam Plunkett, Chris Woakes, David Willey, Jake Ball.
