Hit & ruined on roads

The Satellite police are alleged to be suppressing the matter in the hit-and-run case involving an NRI girl Mittal Panchal (name changed). The accident took place at Shivranjani crossroads on Monday.

Although the police have lodged a complaint against the girl for causing an accident and drunk driving, it is not revealing to the media the names of the other two girls who, according to the eyewitnesses, were accompanying Panchal in her car, and fled from the spot immediately after the accident.

The girl had first hit a Maruti-800, and then while trying to reverse the car to escape, hit a Qualis which, in turn, hit an Indica.
