LONDON: Hollywood superstar Scarlett Johansson has spiced up her look with three different costumes in her new film The Spirit.

The actress plays a femme fatale of 1940s in the film and appears in many provocative costumes including a Nazi, a nurse and a geisha. The star has been pictured in a beautiful geisha outfit with bright-red lipstick. In another picture she has don blonde hair paired with a Nazi uniform on and Adolf Hitler projected behind her, the Daily Mail reported.

Johansson's character in the film is called Silken Floss, an ice-willed secretary to Samuel L Jackson's baddie called the Octopus. In another shot she wears a tight-fitted black uniform of a nurse with a shock of peroxide-blonde curly hair underneath her hat, cleavage on show and laced-up high heeled shoes.

The film is an adaptation of a 1940s newspaper comic strip and is about a superhero fighting crime in a fictional city.
