MUMBAI: Ashutosh Gowariker-directed Jodhaa Akbar starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan, has been nominated in the Best Foreign film category of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) awards in London.

If Jodhaa Akbar wins this award, it will be yet another honour for the magnum opus after the honours it received at the Sao Paulo film festival and the Golden Mibar festival in Kazan, Russia, said Gowariker, who is currently shooting for 'What's your Rashee' with Priyanka Chopra and Harman Baweja.

He said noted film critic Mike Goodridge of Screen International has conveyed his appreciation for the movie by saying, "I loved it; I could have easily watched another hour!"
