LUCKNOW: Bharatiya Janata Party national president Rajnath Singh on Saturday afternoon will address a rally being organised by the party to "expose corruption" in the central and the non-BJP state governments.

"The Bhanda-phod (unmasking corruption) rally in Lucknow is part of the BJP's national campaign to expose the undemocratic ways through which the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government won the trust vote," BJP leader Lalji Tandon said.

The rally will also expose the ineptness of the central and the non-BJP state governments in tackling terror attacks, he added.

"The governments' inefficiency and non-seriousness to contain the rising inflation would also be taken up at the rally," he said.

The rally would take place at the Jyotiba Phule Park in Chowk locality.

"Party workers have been galvanised and leaders of the adjoining districts will also participate to make it a success," a BJP leader claimed.

Besides Rajnath Singh, state BJP leader Kalraj Mishra will also address the rally.

However, party's national vice-president and former state chief minister Kalyan Singh would not participate in the rally, BJP sources said.
