Samir Kochhar’s big move

The host will now be seen in films Mole, Jannat and Shaadi Ke Side Effects

Yes, we have seen Samir Kochhar on a couch with the sizzling Kamal Sidhu and co-host a talk show on sex titled Dangerous. He says, “The show was interactive, saucy and sexy. It was great fun.”

Moving on from there, he anchored a number of talk shows such as Love Bites, Aaj Ki Filmy Khabbar, Khiladi Number 1, Full Toss and Hath Se Hath Mila.

But all that is passé. Samir is working on an international film titled The Mole, for which he is fighting 30 odd-men in Matrix style.

The movie is directed by debutant Sahil Fernades and stars Nauheed Cyrusi. Then, there is also Mukesh Bhatt’s Jannat.

Samir says, “The story is about bookies and the illegal trade of match-fixing. I play the role of a cop. The film would be out by April-end.” Apart from that, Samir will be seen in another movie titled PNC’s, Shaadi Ke After Effects.” Arbaaz Khan and Tara Sharma also star in the movie.

The film revolves around the seven-year-itch, which is believed to trouble a marriage. Directed by famous Kannada director Indrajith Lankesh, the movie will release
in April.
