The 'Always Around' car check-up campaign will be launched on June 10, in 64 major cities across the country covering over 130 locations.
NEW DELHI: Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL), the country's largest exporter and second largest automobile manufacturer, on Thursday said it will provide free check-ups at convenient locations for its customers.
The 'Always Around' car check-up campaign will be launched on June 10, in 64 major cities across the country covering over 130 locations, the company said in a statement.
Free check-up will be provided at various interface of Hyundai customers, may it be Joggers Park, Shopping Malls, Apartments, Multiplexes, etc.
While the customer goes shopping or takes a leisurely jog the Hyundai technicians will in the meantime ensure that everything is 'Ok' with the car and it is cleaned and polished.
This will be an on going campaign which will be continuing through out the year, wherein Hyundai dealers will be reaching out to the customers and organising free check-up on weekly basis at various prominent and most frequently visited locations of the city.
''Our relationship with our customers does not end after they leave the showroom. In fact that's when it starts. 'Always Around' is an effort to reach out to the customers long after they have purchased the car,'' HMIL Senior General Manager (Service) B Mani said in the statement.
The campaign will offer a comprehensive 17 point check-up and a thorough examination of the vehicle and services such as tyre and vehicle polishing, coolant and oil top-up would be done.
The Hyundai team will also collect suggestions and feedback on the performance of the vehicle and after sales service.
The customers will also have a chance to see and test drive the latest Hyundai cars which would be there on display at the venue.
