Business solutions company Qlogy has announced a national-level debate competition, QLarified 2011 (read Clarified), under its new initiative, ‘Sure Thoughts’.

Addressing a press conference, Qlogy CEO Chandresh Adhiya said the topics for the debate have been chosen carefully to elevate the level of understanding and maturity of the industry through debates and discussions.

The preliminary rounds will be held in seven cities: Pune (July 16-17), Bangalore and Kolkata (July 23-24), Mumbai and Chennai (July 30-31), and Delhi and Hyderabad (August 6-7). All participants of this round will get free e-Learning or 3 months for all courses namely: ITIL, Cobit and PMP.

The winners will get any foundation-level training for free. The semi-finals would be held only in Bangalore and Pune on August 21 and 28. The winners of this round will get any one training module for free. These winners would participate in the finals to be held at Pune on September 3-4.

The winners will be awarded either Rs1 lakh or ITIL expert package (inclusive of training and certification); the first runner-up will get Rs51,000 or Training of ITIL package and the second runner-up will be awarded Rs21,000 or any one V3 Intermediate Training and Certification for free.

Any industry person can participate in the contest. There are no entry fees for participation, but the audience will have to pay for passes for the semi-final and final rounds. For registration and other details, visit www.SureThoughts.com.
