Former Maharashtra Chief Minister and veteran Congressman AR Antulay on Tuesday Passed away in Mumbai.

Last month, Antulay was admitted to the Breach Candy hospital for a kidney failure.

His funeral will take place in his home town in Raigad district in Konkan.

85-year-old Antulay had served as a union minister in UPA-1 government. In the Indian general elections, 2009, he lost to Anant Geete from the Raigad of Maharashtra.
