The 15th mega property exhibition of Builders Association of Navi Mumbai (BANM) saw developers adopting innovative ideas to woo potential buyers. Apart from spending lakh of rupees on stalls, a developer even roped in a professional musician to attract buyers.
Developers wait whole year for the annual exhibition as they get maximum business-related queries during the four days period. They use these queries for next six months to convert into business. Even, home buyers eagerly await for city's annual property exhibition as they get chance to choose property of their choice that fits their budget.
Apart from various offers, builders have come up with dazzling stalls, which is a major attraction. They hired specialist to design stalls, which are based on different themes. For instance, one stall has been designed as a replica of an old building in Rome. According to contractors who constructed the stalls, builders spent from Rs5 lakh to Rs30 for a stall to woo customers. "The cost of stall depends upon its size and design," said a contractor.
Prajapati Group has been offering iPhone 5 for on-the-spot booking for its Dronagiri project for a 2-BHK flat, while iPhone 6 for a 3-BHK. It is offering an opportunity to the buyer to pay 80% at fit-out through easy EMI. Prajapati group is optimistic about the Dronagiri project. "We are quite bullish over Dronagiri. Apart from the airport, we will soon witness the execution of Mumbai Trans-Harbour link that will connect Uran wih Sewree. We highly recommend house hunters to have a look at Dronagiri as a housing option," said Rajesh Prajapati, from Prajapati group.
Shelton Group has similar offers for its Shelton Saphire, exclusively for offices, in Belapur. There is an offer to pay 70% amount at fit-out through easy EMIs. Arihant Superstructures Ltd is offering 44 sq ft area free for on-the-spot booking. "The buyers will have to pay less for 44 sq feet of total area, if they book on that day itself," said Ashok Chajjer, director.
Space India Builders and Developers is giving assured cash price to those who book flats on spot. It is offering scratch cash coupon, up to Rs5 lakh as price, for its Balaji Shimphony project. The group is offering booking at just Rs1,001. Among big offers, Progressive Group is offering a customer satisfaction.
Fortune Group is giving a direct Rs500 discount on per sq feet for its three projects. The group is having three major projects, including in Navi Mumbai and Mumbai.
