The doors of the aircraft opened only at 8:00 pm but the passengers realised that there was no end to their woes as the that was supposed to have taken them to the domestic arrivals area had instead reached the international arrivals section of Terminal 3 of the Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA).

Earlier, it was reported that the incident had happened in the morning.

All the passengers were told by the airport staff to return to their bus which would take them to the domestic arrivals area as this was not their alighting point.
