Four persons including a woman were killed and two others seriously injured today when the jeep in which they were travelling overturned near Kailaras about 60 km from here, police said.
The incident took place when the victims were returning from Kaila Devi Temple at Karoli (Rajasthan), according to the police.
A tyre of the ill-fated jeep burst following which it overturned, killing four persons on the spot.
The deceased were identified as Ashok Singh Sikarwar, Rachna Singh, her son Rohit and nephew Neeraj, police said.
The two seriously injured persons were admitted to the district hospital, police said adding a case has been registered and further probe is on.
