A debt-ridden cotton farmer ended his life by consuming insecticide in Karimnagar district of Andhra Pradesh, the police said.
According to the police, Sirsetti Ramulu (50), a cotton farmer of Mallampalli village of Husnabad mandal, had raised a cotton crop on his two acres of land. But owing to scarcity of water he could not get a good yield.
