Bihar is the fourth state in the country that has completely banned liquor after Gujarat, Kerala and Nagaland.

Seven persons were arrested for allegedly consuming liquor in a hotel room in Patna on Tuesday night.
The arrested individuals, who had come to Patna to attend a marriage, were partying in room number 203 of Hotel Panash, when the police raided the room and caught them red-handed. Several liquor bottles were also seized during the raid.
Earlier, Congress MLA from Narkatiaganj in Bihar's West Champaran district in Bihar drew flak after a sting operation showed him on camera allegedly offering liquor to his guests, despite a total prohibition imposed in the state.
Bihar Government had on April 5 banned liquor completely in the state, making it the fourth dry state in the country after Gujarat, Kerala and Nagaland.
