A helicopter belonging to the Indian Navy made an emergency landing at the Mumbai airport on Tuesday at around 8.50 pm.
According to the Navy, an emergency landing was done in view of an emergency indication on its engine. "The aircraft and all crew members are safe," said Indian Navy Spokesperson.
The Indian Navy Spokesperson, added, "All three crew members are safe after the pilot followed the laid down procedure on the engine overheat indication and made a safe landing. An investigation and defect rectification of the incident is being undertaken."
Indian Navy's Seaking 42B helicopter made an emergency landing at Santa Cruz airport at about 2050 hrs in view of an emergency indication on it's engine; Both the crew and aircraft safe.

According to sources, there were around three crew members inside the helicopter, however, there is no official confirmation on the same.
