CBSE Class 12 results declared: Check cbse.nic.in & cbseresults.nic.in for CBSE Board Class XII Exam Results 2018

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared CBSE Class 12 results. The results have been declared on the official website.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Saturday declared CBSE Class 12 results on its official website. The pass percentage for CBSE class 12th 2018 stands at 83.01%. 

Meghna Srivastava of Greater Noida's Step by Step School is all India topper with 499 marks out of 500 in CBSE Class 12th.

The results can be checked on cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in. The pass perecnatge in 2017 was 82.02%. 

CBSE Class 12 exams 2018 were conducted on March 5.The last date for internal assessment for Class 10 was 15th of April and for Class 12 was 8th February, 2018. 

In 2018, a total of 11,86,306 students had registered for the CBSE Class 12 examinations which were held at 4,138 centers in India and 71 centers outside the country.

This year's examination was marred with controversy over the paper leak issue. The Board had conducted a re-test of Class 12 economics paper on April 25, nearly a month after it was leaked triggering widespread outrage and confusion among students across the country.

The CBSE had also postponed the examinations scheduled to be held on April 2 in Punjab at the request of the state government in view of 'Bharat Bandh' called by several Dalit organisations against the alleged "dilution" of the SCs/STs (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Here is how you can check CBSE Class 12 Results 2018: 

1. Log on to the official websites of the board -- cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in

2. Find and click on the link which says, 'Class 12 Exam Results'

3. Enter roll number and other details

4. Your result will be displayed on the screen

5. Download the result and take a print out
