Rajkummar Rao and Nargis Fakhri paired in Hollywood film!

Rajkummar Rao has signed a film to be shot in Chandigarh and LA, featuring Bo Derek and Candy Clark. The film by Namrata Singh Gujral is called 5 Weddings, and also stars Nargis Fakhri.

The actor told a tabloid, “Namrata saw some of my work on Netflix and other platforms following which the production house approached me to play the leading man, Harbhajan, who's a cynical cop with Punjab Police. The cop is assigned to escort Nargis's character, an Indian girl raised in the US who has come down to India to do a magazine feature on Indian weddings. What should have been a simple assignment turns complicated, thanks to Harbhajan, who is convinced it's an espionage operation."
