Mika Singh, who has taken the spot that Navjot Singh Sidhu occupied in Comedy Nights after Krushna Abhishek took over the popular Comedy Nights, appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show. This left everyone shocked as it's a well-known fact that Krushna and Kapil are rivals now.
However, Mika Singh has no qualms about appearing in Kapil Sharma's show since they're like "brothers". He said, "You all know that I am Kapil’s brother. I am a big fan of his show and his timing as well. I have met him after a long time because three-four songs of mine have been launched. And the best way to promote the songs is through the best show," as reported by The Indian Express.
As reported by The Times of India, a source close to Kapil's show said that Mika was not joining their team permanently and since the two are close friends, there should not be any fuss about his appearance.
Reportedly, Krushna's team were unaware of this and were shocked to hear of it. They would have asked him to not appear on Kapil's show as that was "a conflict of interest," reported TOI.
Mika shot the episode along with singer Kanika Kapoor.
