Karan Johar ropes in Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for his next directional venture?

Reports about Aishwarya Rai Bachchan signing a film with Karan Johar opposite Aamir Khan had been doing the rounds for quite sometime but now, we hear Aamir would not be the hero of the film. It will have Ranbir Kapoor instead!

Karan Johar who returns back to direction is planning to make it an extraordinary comeback of sorts. The film will also have Anushka Sharma paired opposite the actor. 

Ranbir and Anushka would be romancing each other in their next film Bombay Velvet and this would be their second film together. But what's interesting is how Aishwarya's character would fit in the film. While the filmmaker has remained tightlipped about his project, nothing is known about the theme of the story!
