Juhi to debut in web series

Juhi Chawla has been picking up work across different mediums. After her retro song down South in the film Pushpaka Vimana, the actress is making her debut in the digital world with an upcoming web series. Our source informs us, “Females are never really seen in the forefront in the defence. They are seen in secondary roles. Even in Bollywood films rarely are women seen in the armed forces. But Juhi’s web series directed by Nagesh Kukunoor is about a female commando and how her dedication is given wings by the Defence Minster (played by Juhi) who crafts her way to help her serve the nation while proving women too can be equally stronger as their male counterparts.” Currently the actress is shooting in Satara for the web series.
