Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol-Varun Dhawan-Kriti Sanon spread magic with the theatrical trailer of Dilwale, which was finally unveiled amidst much fanfare on Monday evening!
Shah Rukh Khan's last release was Happy New Year that released over a year back. Now that Rohit Shetty's upcoming film is about to hit theatres in a little over a month's time, the first theatrical trailer of the film has been unveiled. And by the looks and feel of it, Dilwale is expected to be one of the biggest films this year.
With Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon in tow, and Rohit Shetty leading the pack, Shah Rukh Khan's Dilwale is one film you cannot miss this Christmas. While the trailer does not reveal much about the film's story, it has already upped everyone's expectations, here are 7 reasons why we absolutely love the Dilwale trailer!

SRK-Kajol's epic romance!
You'd be lying if you say you've not loved them together on screen. Whenever Shah Rukh and Kajol have joined hands for a film, they have spelled magic in every scene. With Dilwale, it's no different! The first shot, itself gives you that 'wow' feeling where you see SRK flaunting his signature pose. And the immediate next shot which has Kajol walking in her beautiful yellow sari makes you go weak in the knees! All the montages from the Iceland shoot too is a visual delight. Plus, like always, the two stars complement each other terrifically well and it shows on screen. While we love the love, the romance, there's also the angst, the despair and the heartbreak which keeps us intrigued. Our most favourite Bollywood pair is back and how!
Varun Dhawan's grand entry!
While most actors have an introductory song, here's Varun Dhawan who will possibly have the best entry scene ever in his career till date. Yes, the actor who's been the only Gen-Y actor who's given consecutive hits has never had a powerful entry scene in his films. But when you do a Rohit Shetty film, things obviously are different. His entry atop a truck is possibly one of the biggest highlights of the film and this film will definitely establish Varun as the next generation superstar-in-the-making!
Kriti and Varun's cool chemistry!
Urban and cool, Varun and Kriti look refreshingly vibrant together. Although there aren't too many scenes of them together in the trailer, few montage shots are enough evidence to the palpable camaraderie between the two young actors. A lot of fun and frolic involved, even Varun and Kriti's romance will surprise everyone!
Bromance galore!
Another huge highlight in the trailer is the strong bond that Varun and SRK share in the film. The two actors who play brothers in the film will up the bro-mance game in tinsel town for sure. Why we say that? Some of the best scenes from the trailer also include the ones which has Varun and SRK sharing a funny banter! And we also love the cute Varun (Dhawan)-Varun (Sharma) combo as well.
The emotions!
Yes, the best part about the film is its concept. Another typical Bollywood plot, straight out of Rohit Shetty's kitty, Dilwale is about two warring families and how love overpowers hatred. With a lot of emotions involved- be it love for one's family or most importantly, love between two brothers or sisters- Rohit Shetty's film seems to have its heart at the right place. Like SRK says, "Baat jab bhai ki hoti hai na, toh dimaag nahi sirf dil kaam karne lagta hai." Also the scenes between both the Varuns look cute!

Rohit's films are incomplete without a car chase or cars being blown up. Replete with such scenes, the trailer also gives us a sneak peek of the high-octane adrenaline pumping action sequences that we will witness in Dilwale. While the Dilwale Drift has already garnered a lot of rave reveiws, the filmmaker will unravel his special items from his Pandora's box soon!
Good music!
The first hearing of the soundtrack has brought in accolades from all corners. And no, you don't get to hear much of the songs in the trailer. Rather, it's just one of the love songs that's played towards the end of the trailer. And it surely is worthy enough to become one of the most loved romantic numbers of 2015! Melodious and heartfelt, the 'Kabhi na Kehna Alvida' does raise our expectations from the film's play-list!
