Did Ranveer Singh refuse to work with Rohit Shetty?

Ranveer Singh has thumped Rohit Shetty when his Bajirao Mastani ruled the box office roost over the director's last release Dilwale. And the result was that Ranveer was approached by Shetty for a pivotal role in his next- the remake of Ram Lakhan. Reportedly, Ranveer was offered the role of Lakhan from the film. 

But Ranveer has declined the offer. Anil Kapoor who played the role in the original had told us that he feels Ranveer is totally fit for the part. Now, Ranveer has refused to repise the iconic role in the remake. The reason that's floating is that Ranveer having given a solo hit recently, does not want to do a two-hero film right now. Hence, he has politely declined the offer. 

However, Rohit is now contemplating to take a small break from thinking about Ram Lakhan, and is now concentrating on making another sequel to either Golmaal or Singham.
